FlowAuction Participation Flow

At this auction, we offer safe, high-quality transactions, so we request that all customers register as members. For member registration requirements and details, please refer to the "membership contract." The registration fee is due only for the initial registration (and is lower than the fees generally charged by auction sites). Additionally, for their first transactions only, sellers will have no handling fees for up to ten items; this will provide sellers the opportunity to understand the auction's flow, market rates, and atmosphere.

Become a Member

This auction operates on a membership system. If you would like to only observe the action, please register to do so. To become a member, you must have a secondhand dealer permit. Applications from new members are screened, and finalizing membership applications may take several days. Individuals awaiting screening results may participate as observers.

Guidance and Reception

Auctions are held on the second Friday of every month, and presale exhibitions on the two days prior to the auction. As the location and schedule of the auction may change, guidance is provided on the homepage. Please apply to participate in the auction and/or presale exhibition a minimum of 7 days in advance.

Presale Exhibitions

At presale exhibitions, a list of auction items will be presented. The presale exhibition is held over two days, but all of the items will be exhibited on the first day. The items exhibited on the two days are the same, so please choose the most convenient day. Participants may enter or leave the presale exhibition during the time allotted.

Auction

Individuals who apply to participate an auction will be sent a list of the auction items before the auction event. The auction will occur in the order indicated on the list. Participants may enter or leave the auction at any time, and may therefore join the proceedings for only the items they are interested in.

Fee Calculation

We request payments be made in cash on the day the auction closes. Bringing cash to the auction proceedings is not required. We prepare several hours of time between the close of the auction and the close of the event space.

Shipping Items

Items will be shipped within 1 week of the auction closing. If sending an item that is over the 300,000 yen residential shipping insurance limit, an separate insurance will be applied. Shipping fees and insurance fees will be the responsibility of the customer. An explanation will be provided at the time of calculation.
