Please attach a tag to the exhibition item, include the item list, and send the item to us. Items which are not purchased by buyers will be returned (no handling fees charged). Buyers from around the world attend this auction. Even items difficult to sell domestically may have a high demand overseas. Please feel free to participate.

4 Key Points for Sellers

Worry-free Transactions; Cash Settlements

On the day of the auction, sellers will be provided with a settlement sheet. A bank transfer will be completed within three business days of the day following the auction.

Anticipation of Demand from Overseas

Many buyers participate in the presale exhibition to preview items.
Overseas demand is also expected, due to participation by buyers from all over the world.

Flat rate 5% Handling Fee

The handling fee is a flat rate of 5% for buyers and sellers.
There are some auctions with 15% handling fees; our rate is comparatively inexpensive.

Strict Privacy Protection

From presale exhibition to post-setllement, at not point will the personal information of either the buyer or the seller be disclosed. Moreover, personal information of customers will be handled appropriately. Information will not be disclosed to third parties without first obtaining approval from the individual concerned.

Become a Member

Membership registration can be conducted either online or by fax. Please present your secondhand dealer permit along with the other required documents and send to our office. A one-time registration fee of 30,000 yen will be charged at the time of entry.

Guidance and Reception

Members who have completed registration procedures will receive guidance regarding the schedule of the next auction event by either email or fax. The schedule can be found on the home page of this website; please review the latest information for details.

Apply to Participate

Each time you would like to participate in an auction and/or presale exhibition, please complete the form on this website (or send the form via fax). When making your application, please indicate the the number of items intended for exhibition. If preparing items for consignment, we ask you also please contact us regarding the request.

Shipment of Items

Please indicate the details of your items on the exhibition item list document provided by our office. Please ensure that shipping procedures are completed such that the items arrive by 14 days prior to the auction date.

Inspection

The received exhibition item list and the individual items will be compared, and we will conduct an inspection. Following confirmation that there are no problems, receipt of the item will be complete. A completion confirmation will be sent from our office.

Presale Exhibition

A presale exhibition will be held two days prior to the auction event. This auction is held as a convention and is a place for fair business transactions. Thus, in principle, communication between buyers and sellers is prohibited. Exchanging of business cards is also prohibited.

Auction

Sellers do not need to be present on the day of the auction. Our staff will be responsibile for managing items and will care for them up until the final transaction arrangements have been made. Items which are not purchased will be returned with no handling fee charged, however, the shipping fee will be the responsibility of the customer. We appreciate your understanding.

Payment Settlements

After auction closing, bank transfers of proceeds from sales will be conducted within three business days. When making returns, any shipping fees or insurance fees will be separate costs to be borne by the customer.

Q1

How many items do I need to provide for exhibition?

A. At this auction, 1 box is 10 items. We request 1 box or more for exhibition. Exhibition is not permitted with fewer than 10 items. We request you please take note of this in advance.

Q2

Can I bring items for exhibition on the day of the auction?

A. We are terribly sorry. To prevent any trouble from arising, any items brought on the day of the auction will be refused. Please send items for exhibition to our office by 7 days prior to the auction date.

Q3

I don't have a secondhand dealer's permit, but can I participate in the auction?

A. We express our deepest apologies. Although there has been news regarding loosening of regulations for secondhand businesses, all participants at this auction are required to display a secondhand dealer permit. We greatly appreciate your understanding.

Q4

Can I bring exhibition items directly to your office?

A. Yes. We accept items directly. However, prior to this direct exchange, we ask that you please contact us to make an appointment in advance. Additionally, we request that we receive your items for exhibition by 7 days prior to the auction date.
